About Morris Plumbing & Water Restoration
We are an Atlanta plumbing and water restoration company built on a simple idea: diagnose the real problem, show the customer what we found, and quote the fix in writing before touching anything. Same crews, same standards, whether it is a slow drain in Decatur or a sewer replacement in Lawrenceville.

Our story
Two decades of metro Atlanta pipe, soil, and hard-won lessons
Morris Plumbing & Water Restoration started as a small local plumbing outfit taking drain and water line calls around Lithonia and DeKalb County. Word travelled the way it does in this trade: neighbors telling neighbors that the guy who came out actually found the problem and did not leave a mess behind.
Over the years the work grew into full sewer line replacement, repiping, gas line service, backflow prevention, commercial plumbing, and water damage restoration. What did not change is how a job is run. A licensed plumber diagnoses on site, you see what we see, and you approve the price before work starts.
We added the restoration side because customers kept getting stuck. A pipe would fail, a plumber would fix the pipe, and then the homeowner had to find someone else, days later, to deal with soaked subfloor and drywall. Now one company handles both, which saves material, time, and claim headaches.

How we operate
Standards we hold on every job
Diagnosis before pricing
Camera inspection and pressure testing tell us the cause. We do not quote a repair we have not verified.
Written options, always
Repair and replacement choices with pricing, in writing. Nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Licensed plumbers on site
The person at your house is a plumber doing the work, not a commissioned salesperson upselling a package.
Permits and code
We pull permits where the county requires them and build to Georgia plumbing code, which matters at resale.
Clean work areas
Floors protected, debris hauled out, and the yard put back as close to how we found it as the job allows.
One crew, start to finish
Plumbing repair and water damage restoration under one roof, with no gap between trades.

Questions
Frequently asked questions about our company
How long has Morris Plumbing been in business?+
Since 1999. We have worked metro Atlanta homes and commercial property for more than two decades, which is why we know how local soil, plumbing vintages, and county permitting actually behave.
Are your plumbers licensed and insured?+
Yes. We are a licensed, insured Georgia plumbing contractor. Work is completed to state plumbing code and permitted where the county requires it.
Do you do both the plumbing repair and the water damage cleanup?+
We do, and that is unusual. One company stops the leak and then dries the structure, so there is no waiting period between trades where more damage happens.
Do you work with insurance companies?+
Insurance claims are welcome on restoration work. We document moisture readings and damage photos throughout the job so your adjuster has what they need.
